Our special seasonal menu sees all dishes freshly prepared from the finest (mainly locally procured) ingredients. Fabio’s speciality is vegetarian antipasti, the “i” on the end of antipasti indicates a plural and when you see the endless stream of beautifully presented dishes, each with its own special flavours and enticing aromas you will know why.
Our house wine is very palatable and flows easily but if you prefer we also have an extensive list of excellent specially selected wines from the piceno region. These are some of the finest up-and-coming wines from italy and are being spapped up by connoisseurs the world over. Why not try a glass in the region they were created?
Relax in evocative renaissance surroundings. The restaurant is perfectly located in the corner of Cossignano’s main square where you can sip an aperitivo before you dine under the colonnade soaking in the atmosphere. While locals promenade and engage in vital discussions, you can sit back and absorb the ambiance of Italy.
